You will work cross-functionally with fellow coaches, trainers, and employment specialists to empower job seekers as they navigate barriers to employment. Your goal is to move clients from enrollment to “job-ready” status through high-touch coaching, resource navigation, and persistent advocacy. This role blends social service coordination, career mentorship, and meticulous data management.
