Training Facilitator
MND is seeking an engaging Training Facilitator with hands-on knowledge of the building and construction trades to deliver workforce training that prepares participants for careers in the skilled trades. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional and facilitation skills with practical experience in construction, mechanical systems, or a related trade. This individual will help participants build confidence while introducing industry terminology, tools, safety practices, basic construction math, blueprint reading, measurements, and employer expectations. While MND provides training on our curriculum, candidates should possess foundational knowledge of the building and construction trades and be comfortable discussing industry practices, tools, safety, and career pathways with participants, and bring relevant industry experience and the ability to connect real-world jobsite applications to classroom instruction.
