The Business Advancement Manager serves as a critical bridge between the Finance & Compliance Manager and the Workforce Services branch, ensuring that all programmatic metrics, staff time allocations, and contract milestones align with funder mandates.

The Career Navigator is responsible for guiding clients through the entire workforce ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic advisor, helping job seekers understand their assessment results, identify and navigate MND’s industry-specific training tracks, and ensure a seamless transition into the workforce. You will be a mentor, a strategist, and an advocate, ensuring that every client has a clear, actionable roadmap to economic mobility. This position works directly with fellow case managers/coaches, trainers, and employment specialists to empower MND clients and reduce any barriers impacting employment opportunities.

The Job Coach is the primary catalyst for our clients’ success. You will work cross-functionally with fellow coaches, trainers, and employment specialists to empower job seekers as they navigate barriers to employment. Your goal is to move clients from enrollment to “job-ready” status through high-touch coaching, case management, and persistent advocacy. This role blends social service coordination, career mentorship, and meticulous data management.
