Founded in 1973, Maryland New Directions (MND) is an award-winning 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers no-cost employment coaching and specialized career-training programs to Baltimore-area residents ages 18 and older. On average, MND works with 300 motivated individuals each year who are unemployed or underemployed and face obstacles finding a job, advancing with their current employer, or establishing a new career.
