Career Focus is offered on a rotating basis. Participants enrolled in an industry-specific training cohort must complete six of nine sessions prior to Day 1 of a training cohort.

AHLEI – CGSP Certification

Charles Street, Suite 100, Baltimore, MD, United StatesAHLEI-CGSP certification: This is for Career Focus completers and is a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) certificate recognized as the foundation for successful employment for customer services, particularly in the hospitality industry. Testing is completed through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
