Charles Street, Suite 100, Baltimore, MD, United StatesAHLEI-CGSP certification: This is for Career Focus completers and is a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) certificate recognized as the foundation for successful employment for customer services, particularly in the hospitality industry. Testing is completed through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.

CTC Cohort

BTCP Orientation
Maryland New Directions 2305 N. Charles Street, Suite 100, Baltimore, MD, United StatesParticipants registered and enrolled in the October Building Trades Career Pathways (BTCP) training cohort must attend a mandatory one-hour Orientation to learn more about the training program, logistics, and expectations in preparation for the training.
