AHLEI-CGSP certification: This is for Career Focus completers and is a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) certificate recognized as the foundation for successful employment for customer services, particularly in the hospitality industry. Testing is completed through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
Participants registered and enrolled in the October Building Trades Career Pathways (BTCP) training cohort must attend a mandatory one-hour Orientation to learn more about the training program, logistics, and expectations in preparation for the training.
