Tyrone came to MND with numerous barriers including being previously incarcerated and on parole. He was living in transitional housing with limited education and a lack of professional work experience.
Despite these barriers, Tyrone had a strong desire to change his lifestyle and continued to work towards a better future. He had a vision for success and made sure to utilize all the resources MND offered. He was always on time for training, accessed professional business attire in our Clothing Boutique, worked closely with his job coach, and was very proactive applying to jobs.
After graduating from the MTDL cohort and receiving his forklift certification, Tyrone found two positions, one as a Production worker and another as a Warehouse Associate. He is on his way towards a better future!
